The main website navigation is located at the top of each page and you could also check the bottom area for general specific topics, like Contact Page, Sitemap, etc.

The link to "My account" is located above the main menu at top right corner of your display, no matter if you are using a web browser or a mobile device.

If you are logged in then the "My account" text-link will switch to "Logout", in-page position remaining the same.
However, you can access your account anytime by clicking the link located below the main menu at the top right corner, text-link starting with "Welcome, your@emailaddress!".

The "My account" page has as main functionalities the followings:

1. Sign up
2. Sign in
3. Password reset

1. Sign up: you can sign up anytime, free account. First of all, please use a valid email address where you have access to, normally it should be your email address.
In order to complete the sign up process please check the boxes for: T&C, Privacy Policy and age confirmation.
Also when choosing your password please consider the Password Policy: "password should contain different types of characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and at least one special character.".

2. Sign in: to use your free account and in order to be able to sign in, first you must follow the steps sent in the "Sign up" email. Without confirming your email address you will not be able to sign in. Also please remeber the email address and password you used when you created your account. If you did not confirmed your account creation (you did not followed up the steps in the "Sign up" email..) you will not be able to log in or reset your un-confirmed-yet password's account.

3. Password reset: you can use anytime the "Password reset form" to reset the password of your account.
Please note that you can not reset your password while you are logged in.

To use the "Password reset form" please note:
- If the email address you entered is correct, then you will receive a password reset email.
- Check your email and follow the instructions to finish the password reset process.
- We will not show you if there is an account on this website for the email address you entered.
- Type below the email address you provided when you created your account.

As long as your are logged in you can access the following features in "My Account" area:

1. Check your subscription: status and expire date. You can check your account subscription status in the "Account details" tab.
If the subscription is "Active" then you will see the green color, otherwise the blue color and the text "Unfortunately Inactive".

2. Set the timezone for your account: this setting allows you to see the date and time of ended football match events on your timezone, however this setting has no impact on the football fixtures pages as there you will always see the countdown time until the match starts.
The countdown timer updates only at page reload.

3. Enable or Disable email notifications:

4. Track Live My Predictions: this feature allows you to record live predictions on any in-play match. From the Live Football Scores Expert page you can record your predictions for Goals, Corners and Cards, all with "over" and "under" values as different options. Anytime you can check the results of your current and past predictions (see point 11 below).

5. Match Selector: this feature allows you to search for specific football match data based on your selected filters like: country, leagues, BTTS, corners, goals, cards (yellow and red) and clean sheets (note: clean sheets = matches without receiving goals) and sort the results accordingly.

Note that based on your selection (it means while you select your filters) specific limitations might apply which could narrow the search, but not block your search possibilities. Thus, if you observe that the selected filters have narrowed the search base (example: you can not select 5 leagues from a country as only 1 league is allowed with the current filters) then proceed to the next search (same filters for the 2nd league out of 5 leagues as you initially intended to search for) and check if the limitation still exists. It might exists some contexts where limitations apply, depending on the filters you want to apply.

Please be patient and wait for the results to be displayed, even if sometimes it takes a little bit longer than expected. Position (hover) the mouse cursor over the report table header and you will see a short relevant description of that field.

6. Match Connect: this module consists of three (3) parts: Expert Live Football Scores, Expert Football Fixtures and Expert Football Results. By activating the Match Connect module you will also unlock the Match Selector feature (see above point 6) and all other super-features on this website. This feature allows you to know more key-information about all football results, live matches, football fixtures and to better predict match events, for fun or for personal use.

7. Expert Live Football Scores: on this section of the website you can check for live football scores along with live key-information on a dynamic dashboard with live computed in-play data, recent form statistics and H2H, Smart Mirroring vs Live Match and lots of other features.
You can live record your predictions for live football matches, track them and check the results in "My Account / My predictions - History" tab.
Please note: this is a premium feature, however you can see this page anytime using your free account but not all functions will be available and not all the information will be revealed for you as long as you do not have an active subscription.

8. Expert Football Fixtures: the Extended Smart Mirroring function covers recent form for the last 4 football matches for home and away team with detailed statistics for shots on target (Get / Lost), dangerous attacks (Get / Lost), cards, corners (Halftime & Fulltime), time intervals reports for goals and corners and the Average H2H report including goals at halftime & fulltime, corners at halftime & fulltime.
Specific time intervals reports and links to ended football match events are also available. This is a premium feature, however you can see this page anytime using your free account but not all functions will be available and not all the information will be visible for you as long as you do not have an active subscription. The Expert Football Fixtures module covers the data for the next +6 days, this way you have all the time to choose and focus on your next football match prediction!

9. Expert Football Results: on this section of the website you have an overview of all football matches that have ended. Reports include the following data: match referee and team managers, BTTS stats, cards (yellow and red), corners at HT & FT and goals at HT & FT with over/under breakdown per minute of play, dangerous attacks, shots on target, attacks, shots, different time interval reports, substitutions, penalties. Of course you can access the match page if you click on the score.
Please note: this is a premium feature, however you can see this page anytime using your free account but not all functions will be available and not all the information will be revealed for you as long as you do not have an active subscription.
Feature will be automatically unlocked after subscription payment.

10. My predictions - History: this feature allows you to check the result of your live recorded predictions. For how to record a prediction please check point 4 above.

11. Subscription activation / extension: this section of "My Account" allows you to have your account's subscription Active and up to date.
You can pay for a first time a new-subscription or simply renew your subscription via PayPal or via PayPal but using a Debit or Credit Card.

However, if you do not have a PayPal account you can still make the payment without any restriction related to have or not a PayPal account: use the black button, then just complete the form.

Please note that Exclusive Active-Member Offers are available anytime in "My Account" area, for logged in users.

Our price-policy is the same for any citizen of any country regardless of VAT Taxes or Timezone.

12. Legend: this section provides a description about the different terms used in pages of our website.

No, our payment processor is PayPal for now. We look forward for alternatives to make your experience on our website even better.

No, we do not send you any newsletters or any other reminders, unless you configured your account to receive an email notification when your account subscription is about to expire or if has already expired.

Yes and without an extra addition to your current subscription.

As our payment processors is PayPal and if your premium account was activated, you should have received from them a confirmation of the payment per email.

However, for all EU customers we send per email the confirmation of a paid invoice in 24 - 48 hours (Mo-Fr, except the public/bank official holidays in the European Union) for all the premium accounts.

In the very unlikely scenario that you did not get from us in the past 24 - 48 hours (Mo-Fr, except the public/bank official holidays in the European Union) an email with the invoice for your payment and you are an EU premium member and your premium account is active, please let us know as soon as possible per email at: support@footballstats.live.

Yes, it can happen sometimes that you experience long response time but your account is not blocked at all, no matter if you are a premium user or not.
It can happen in some specific moments of a day when accessing the Expert Standings area for some specific leagues or the Football fixtures page (on saturdays). First check your internet connectivity and connection speed, please be patient and navigate like a human entity. However, this happens extremely rare.
